Conference Pre/Post and Guest Tours:

We are pleased to offer the following pre/post and guest tours.  The tours feature highlights of our territory's natural wonders, spectacular scenery, wildlife, history, culture and “character”.  See the documents below for tour descriptions etc.  We hope you will take some time to see our territory while you are here, meet the “locals” and have some fun!

Please Note the following:

The pre/post tours are the same with slight modifications – we offer them twice to allow for the convenience of delegates.

Each tour requires the signing of a liability waiver form to participate.  The appropriate tour operator will contact participants closer to the conference date to coordinate signing of the waiver form.  At that time the tour operator will also provide appropriate information such as clothing requirements, transportation etc.

The registration deadline for tours is September 11, 2009.

To register go to the on-line registration form

Each tour has a minimum number requirement. If minimum numbers are not met by September 11, 2009 the tour will be cancelled.  At that time, those affected will be given the opportunity to select another tour.

Each tour has a maximum number requirement – we recommend registering early to ensure availability.
