To access conference room rates please follow the reservation instructions listed with the rates for each facility.

Important Note:  All accommodation facilities will commence releasing room blocks on August 24, 2009 after which availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.  We strongly recommend that you reserve your accommodation early.

The Riverview Hotel offers an economical alternative to conference delegates.  It is a 3 Star facility located in Downtown Whitehorse. 

For delegates with special access needs please note that this facility has wheelchair access to the lobby, restaurant and lounge only – hotel rooms are NOT wheelchair accessible.

Airport Shuttle Service: All conference accommodation facilities offer Airport shuttle service.  The procedure for each is different.  Please be sure to ask about this service when you make your accommodation reservation.
